A lot of garbage is produced by us that means a great chemical contamination, we know that 14% (294,000 tons) of the garbage that we produce is throw inside the rivers on the world,in this case,on the water of the river “el Arenal” we can  found lot of garbage that is throw for many people specially by the people who live around, it can be dangerous for our health, and for it we must do something to improve the situation.

One agency that can solve the problem of the contamination of the river “el Arenal” is CONAGUA, this is a government agency, it has some activities to solve some problems about water contamination, some of them are “promote the efficient use of water”, “promote integrated and sustainable water management”

We decided to do a water filter to solve some problems of the people who live around the river about the water of it, it´s an efficient way but not quite, however, it´s cheap and fast.

The water filter has some benefits, three of them are:

·         Reduces risks of gastrointestinal diseases, because it eliminates some germs, virus and more that we can found on the water.

·         We can use it for discharge water for us toilet, handwash, washing machine, etc.

·         Our water payments receipts will be less
